Yes, you can download your medical records at any time. Nebula guarantees you full access and portability of your data.

Export formats: Clinical notes can be downloaded in PDF, HL7 FHIR format, or structured text, depending on your preference and the requirements of your electronic medical record system.

Mass export: If you need to migrate to another system, we offer mass export of all your clinical notes along with their associated ICD-11 coding.

Right to portability: In accordance with Colombian data protection regulations, you have the right to request a copy of all information processed through Nebula in a structured and commonly used format.
