No. Nebula never shares, sells, or transfers your patients' data to third parties under any circumstances.
Minimization principle: We only process the strictly necessary data to generate the requested clinical documentation. We do not store data unnecessarily.
Legal compliance: We act as data processors in accordance with the Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection in Colombia. You are responsible for the processing and maintain full control over the data.
No training with your data: The clinical data processed by Nebula is never used to train generic AI models nor shared with other users.
Transparency: You can review our privacy policy and the list of subprocessors to know exactly how we handle the information.
